These terms govern your use of Postwire. By creating a workspace you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
Postwire researches your brand, plans and drafts social content, and publishes it to the accounts you connect. Postwire is draft-first: nothing is published to a connected account without your approval, except where you explicitly enable an automated lane. You are responsible for the content you approve and publish.
Postwire is offered during a beta period. Features may change, and the service is provided on an as-available basis while we improve it.
You are responsible for keeping access to your workspace secure and for the activity of users you invite. Give us accurate information and keep it current.
You own your brand, your inputs, and the content you approve. You grant Postwire the license needed to process that content and to publish it to the accounts you connect on your behalf. You are responsible for having the rights to what you publish.
Publishing depends on third-party social platforms and providers we do not control. We are not responsible for their availability, changes, or actions, including if a platform limits or removes access.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular reach, engagement, or business result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postwire is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
You may stop using Postwire at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or to protect the service.
We may update these terms. If we make a material change we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
