This policy explains what Postwire collects, why, and the choices you have. Postwire is an AI social publishing service that researches your brand, plans and drafts content, and publishes to the accounts you connect after you approve it.

Information we collect

• Account details you give us: your name, work email, company name, and website.
• Content and settings you create or approve in the product, and the goals and brand information you provide during onboarding.
• Connected accounts: when you connect a social platform, our publishing partner stores the access tokens needed to publish on your behalf. We never see or store your platform passwords.
• Billing details: payments are processed by Stripe. We store your plan, subscription status, and a Stripe customer reference. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage and log data: standard technical information (such as IP address and request logs) used to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

• To operate the service: research your brand, plan and draft content, and publish what you approve.
• To send you transactional email (sign-in links, workspace and content notifications, and account alerts).
• To handle billing and support, and to keep the service secure and reliable.
• To improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share the minimum data needed with providers that run parts of the service: Stripe (payments), our email provider (transactional and newsletter email), our social publishing partner (to connect accounts and publish), our cloud hosting and database provider, and our AI provider (to generate content). Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms.

Data retention

We keep your information while your workspace is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and operational needs. You can ask us to delete your workspace and associated data at any time.

Your choices

• Access, correct, export, or delete your data by emailing us.
• Disconnect any social account at any time from your workspace.
• Unsubscribe from non-essential email using the link in those messages.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary to sign you in and keep your session, and, if you arrived through a partner or affiliate link, a cookie that records that referral. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Children

Postwire is for business use and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. If we make a material change we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
